Can I practise offline?
Yes. Learning and exploration work offline and practice is saved locally. Optional iCloud sync needs a connection and the same Apple account on your devices.
How do I change the fretboard orientation?
Use the Horizontal / Vertical control above the fretboard. The choice is remembered on this device.
How do I move my progress?
Save a progress backup in Practice settings and restore it on the other installation. Review its date and counters. Restoring replaces progress and archives the earlier local copy. Turn off sync before restoring. Settings and the free fretboard stay local.
How do I report a problem?
Email your device model, iOS version and the steps that caused the problem. A screenshot can help. Do not send passwords or unnecessary private information.
