Who is responsible?
Senda is a Kazme product. The data controller for support communications is Juan Ugarte Galiana. Contact: kazme.support@gmail.com.
Local data
Senda stores practice, preferences and free-fretboard selections on your device. It does not require a Senda account and does not send these data to the developer.
Optional iCloud sync
Where available in your version, you may enable practice sync with your private iCloud database, managed by Apple. It uses your Apple account. Preferences and the free fretboard remain local. Turning sync off does not delete local or iCloud copies. Apple’s privacy policy applies to its services.
Backups and recovery
You can explicitly save or share a progress backup through iOS Files. It is not automatically sent to the developer. Restoring replaces progress and archives the previous local copy. Exported files and Apple device backups are managed separately.
Tracking and permissions
Senda has no ads, third-party usage analytics or cross-app tracking. It does not request microphone, camera, contacts or location. This website has no advertising, analytics scripts or cookies of its own. Its hosting provider may process technical connection data to deliver and secure the site.
Support communications
If you write to us, we use your email and the information you choose to send to answer your request. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Messages are retained only as needed to handle your request and meet applicable obligations; they are not used for advertising.
Your choices and rights
You can clear free-fretboard selections and remove local app data by deleting the app. Exported files, backups and iCloud data are managed through their respective services. For personal data in support correspondence, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by emailing us. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
